Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Weight and size are used by the shipping provider to determine actual shipping charges. The rate you see is pulled from UPS.
Please also note the shipping rates for items we sell are weight and size based. The weight of any such item can be found under additional information on the specific product page. The shipping weight includes the product along with packing materials and shipping box and may be more than the actual product. To reflect the policies of shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
If you bought products directly from Crash Pad LLC, you may return to Crash Pad LLC within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice or purchase date for a complete refund of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, where the product may be repaired, replaced, or a credit issued.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).
To return products, you must call Crash Pad LLC at 717-235-7250 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number.
If Crash Pad LLC does not issue a Return Authorization Number, the products will be shipped back to you, at your expense. You are responsible to ship the products to Crash Pad LLC in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. The Return Authorization Number will be cancelled if the products are not returned within sixty (60) days.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
